Thank you for shopping with Mike X Collectibles! We are dedicated to providing you with a great shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, particularly collectible trading cards, we have the following refund policy in place:

  1. No Refunds on All Trading Card Products:

    • All sales of trading cards are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for trading card purchases, regardless of condition, packaging, or reason for return. This includes both individual cards, graded cards, and sealed packs/boxes.

    • Please ensure you carefully review all details, including product descriptions, images, and pricing before completing your purchase.

  2. Other Products:

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including non-trading card items such as collectibles, merchandise, and accessories.

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the checkout process.​

  3. Cancellation Prior to Shipment:

    • If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, you may do so by contacting us immediately at shipping@mikexcollectibles.com.

    • Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the processing and credit card transaction fees associated with the order.

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard policy for final sales applies.

  4. Damage in Transit:

    • We take every precaution to ensure that your items are packed securely and safely. However, once an item leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

    • We use the best packaging materials to protect your purchase, but any damage that happens in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  5. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the items you are purchasing, particularly for trading cards. If you have any questions or need clarification about a product, please contact us before completing your purchase. We are happy to assist you!

At Mike X Collectibles we take fraud prevention seriously. To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  1. Suspicious Payment Methods:

    • Orders paid with credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods that have been flagged for suspicious activity, stolen, or involved in chargebacks.

  2. Inconsistent Customer Information:

    • Orders where the shipping address differs significantly from the billing address, or when customer details cannot be verified through normal verification processes.

  3. High-Risk Patterns:

    • Multiple orders placed from the same IP address, email address, or shipping address within a short period, especially with the intention of circumventing our policies.

  4. Fraudulent Identity:

    • Orders that appear to be placed by individuals using stolen or fake personal information. This may include fraudulent names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

  5. Suspicious Shipping Destinations:

    • Orders being shipped to high-risk locations or countries known for fraudulent activity or shipping fraud.

What Happens if Your Order is Cancelled:

  • If we cancel an order due to suspected fraud, you will be notified immediately via email.

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the credit cards processing fees that are non-refundable.

  • If your payment method is involved in a chargeback or dispute, we will cooperate fully with relevant authorities to address the issue.
